If you weren't satisfied with only seeing him in Puerto Rico filming for The Rum Diary, now you will have the chance to see him changing the climate, because it's almost a certainty that Johnny Depp will join Terry Gilliam at the Cannes Film Festival,for the premiere of "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus", which might also enter the competition. Terry's presence as well as the debut of the movie were confirmed before the official list, by the Romanian distributors, country in which the movie is set to be released on 18th September.
The Cannes Film Festival will take place between 13 - 24 May 2009

Aspettiamo la lista ufficiale ... non dimentichiamoci che Johnny è su un set ... e vista la presenza minima che ha a questo film, magari non interrompe le riprese ... poi non so. Altri siti ne parlano? Nel forum di supporto, non hanno nessunissima conferma ancora!

Comunque se fosse vero ... non so se andrei fino a Cannes, per spendere un botto di soldi e rischiare di fare la fine di Venezia e cioè che non si avvicina ... Tanto quest'anno a Venezia ci viene quasi di sicuro, ha due film che escono in Italia in quel periodo uno è pubblic enemies uno è Parnassus ... Penso che insomma ci sono buone probabilità di poterlo vedere. E sinceramente Per venezia i soldi ce li spendo, ma un viaggio a Cannes è diverso!! Se poi mi da la sola come a Venezia? E tra l'altro finchè non c'è una lista ufficiale non sappiamo nemmeno il giorno!!! Bo io un giro su intenet l'ho fatto stasera, nessuno ne sa niente, Theresa è in attesa della lista perché non è sicuro che il film ci sia ... Ma la fonte di questo articolo è sicura? Voi sapete qualcosa? E comunque se facciamo un viaggio di massa ... aspettiamoci Vanessa GRRRR!!! Chi porta i mitra?

Guardate ragazze fatevi servire da chi ci è stata ad un festival, rischiamo di spendere molti soldi, visto che Cannes è molto cara, per poi rimanere deluse. Un viaggio in treno a Venezia è diverso da un viaggio a Cannes. Pure io ci sto facendo il pensierino, ma valuto ogni rischio, se poi non lo becco, spreco un botto di soldi e mi rimane l'amaro in bocca, per Venezia ancora rosico! E' un conto una premiere di un film, presentato non ad un festival, ma ad una premiere organizzata appositamente e solo per quel film. Li allora gli attori sono disponibili. Ma a questi tipi di festival, ci sono altri film, altri attori, e si fa tutto molto di fretta. Johnny non avrebbe il tempo di concedere a tutti la sua presenza.Si farà come Venezia, che gli autografi li fa solo ad un blocco di persone. E se noi non capitiamo in quel blocco avremmo solo speso una marea di soldi! Invece A Venezia, c'è lo stesso rischio, ma volendo uno rimane a dormire all'aperto come abbiamo fatto io e Tia e alla fine si spenderebbero i soldi solo per mangiare un panino e il viaggio. A Vernezia io telefonai alla biennale e mi sono informata, per sapere come funzionava. Li ci fu detto che la notte c'era la vigilanza e i tendoni adibiti a bar o a discoteche rimanevano aperti anche di notte. Ma a Cannes chi chiamo? Io aspetto Venezia, tanto è sicuro che venga, Muller non aspetta altro!
Pubblic Enemies esce ad ottobre, Parnassus a settembre, vi pare che non lo chiama per almeno uno dei due? E' quasi matematica la cosa!!!Sono sicura!!! E considerate le vare premiere per Pubblic enemies. Metti caso in estate organizza una premiere francese, li ragazze potremmo armarci e partire! Ma ad un festival, è un casino!
