Carpetbagger, il blog di cinema del New York Times, ha rivelato che ieri è stato mostrato, durante un meeting annuale della Disney, un montaggio con alcune sequenze di Alice nel Paese delle Meraviglie di Tim Burton.
Nel video era presente la primissima immagine di Johnny Depp nei panni del Cappellaio Matto, ed ecco come è stata descritta:
Cilindro vittoriano, capelli crespi e sparati, makeup chiaro e colorato intorno agli occhi, labbra e guance che sembravano fuochi d'artificio.
Pare che nell'istante in cui è stato mostrata l'immagine molti azionisti nel pubblico abbiano lanciato delle grida di approvazione. Un portavoce della Disney, comunque, ha detto che l'immagine non verrà diffusa in rete prossimamente, ma la cosa buffa è che era online già da tempo. Ebbene sì: si tratta della concept art che gira da mesi, e che in molti (noi compresi) avevano creduto falsa. Potete vederla qui sotto:

...Forse alla convention non è stata mostrata la stessa foto, ma il look è assolutamente uguale a quello descritto da chi ha assistito all'evento.
Parallelamente, preparatevi perché stanno per arrivare in rete le primissime immagini del film. Non si tratta del trailer, ma delle foto pubblicate su un articolo di D23, un nuovo trimestrale dedicato al mondo Disney che contiene numerose anteprime e interviste ai registi e produttori che lavorano per la compagnia. Nel nuovo numero, uscito oggi, sono presenti anteprime su diversi film, tra cui appunto Alice nel Paese delle Meraviglie.
L'articolo si chiama "Attraverso lo Specchio di Tim Burton", e contiene una lunga intervista al regista riguardo al suo nuovo film 3D, alle tecnologie impiegate, e mostra diverse concept art. E' già online una foto della prima pagina, con la prima immagine simpaticamente oscurata:

News su Alice. Ce' la data ufficiale di uscita del film,5 marzo 2010,e la pellicola sara' in 3D... Molti non ameranno questo tipo di tecnologia,pero' qualche novita' ogni tanto ci puo' stare...
